What car do you drive?

A classic Lotus Elite.

What do you like best about your car?

I appreciate that my Lotus divides opinion, but I really love the individual style of the car. It has a unique body shape and wonderful exhaust note. Great car.

What’s the most memorable drive you’ve had in the car?

A couple of years ago I took the Lotus to Barcelona. But I chose a route that deliberately avoided motorways. It took awhile to get there but what an experience.

Why do you have your car detailed?

I really look after my car and am very happy maintaining it, but I acknowledge my limitations and recognise the skill of a professional detailer to get the job right.

What products did you have your car finished with?

I always go for Swissvax products. Currently the Lotus is finished with Swissvax Best of Show.

Why do you use Bellissimoto?

I’m really particular about who I let work on my car. A friend of mine from the Lotus Club recommended Andrew at Bellissimoto to me. That was 3 years ago. I visit Bellissimoto every year to get the Lotus detailed. Andrew’s attention to detail is incredible. Every time I see my detailed car in their studio, I’m always delighted by the way the car looks.
